I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been really frustrating. I keep checking and it’s still not there, still no update, still nothing. It feels like it’s taking way longer than it should, and I’m tired of having to keep waiting.

I’m still waiting for it to arrive, and it’s getting really frustrating. Now I have to keep checking tracking and figuring out what’s going on, which is just extra work I didn’t need.

I really wanted to like this because the style is cute, but it just wasn’t comfortable for me. After about an hour, the fabric started feeling stiff and a little scratchy. I’ve bought similar pieces in the past that felt much softer, so for the price I expected better. It’s probably not something I’d reach for often.

The clothes themselves were actually really nice, which is why this whole thing was extra frustrating. I just needed to exchange for a different size, and somehow that turned into a whole mini project. I had to email twice just to get things moving, and then I still ended up paying return shipping. Like, seriously? It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was way more annoying than it needed to be and definitely not what I expected.

I was excited for this. The idea is nice, and from the photos I thought it would feel a little more special. But when it arrived... I don’t know, the details just didn’t match the price for me. Some of the stitching looked a bit uneven, and a few spots felt like they were finished in a hurry. The fabric was fine. Not bad, just not really that premium feel I was expecting. Maybe mine was just an unlucky one, but overall it didn’t quite land for me...

I really wanted to like it, but I couldn’t find much clear info about the materials or how the workers are treated. For the price, I expected more details, honestly. It just felt vague, too vague, and that made me hesitate.

I kept finding things I actually liked, but every single one ended up being out of stock. my gut reaction was, why show it on the site if I can’t buy it? It just felt frustrating and kind of pointless to keep browsing.

I was pleasantly surprised because it looked pretty much like the photos when it arrived. The sizing was mostly accurate too, which isn’t always the case for me, compared to a few other things I’ve ordered online, this one was much closer to what I expected. Overall, I’m happy with it...

I don’t know, the whole look just felt a bit dated to me. From the tone and layout, I kind of assumed it wasn’t really aimed at someone like me, and I found it a little frustrating to browse around.

I bought one of their jackets and, to be fair, it does look nice. It’s warm enough on dry, cold days, so I’ll give them that. But for the price, I kind of expected it to handle more than just calm weather. Once it got windy and wet, it didn’t feel nearly as protective as it probably should. Light rain was fine, but heavier weather exposed its limits quickly. I still wear it, but i wouldn’t reach for it on serious winter days.

I ordered a sweater and a pair of leggings from alpnrock, and overall the quality does feel really nice. The materials seem well made and the pieces look cute, but the fit wasn’t quite what I was expecting.
The sweater ran a bit bigger than the size chart made it seem, while the leggings felt tighter around the waist. Not a total disaster or anything, haha, just a little inconsistent between the two items.

I ended up keeping both because they’re still wearable, but for the price I do wish the sizing had been more accurate. I might order again, but I’d definitely be more careful about choosing sizes next time.

I had a simple question about my order, so I emailed Alp N Rock expecting a quick response. A few days went by and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I followed up again. Still no reply. For how expensive their clothes are, I really expected better communication. I’m sure the pieces are nice, but my experience with customer service was frustrating enough that I’m not planning to order again anytime soon.

I have to admit, I almost talked myself out of buying this because I’ve been trying to be better about spending lately, but the quality is really nice. The fabric feels thick without being uncomfortable, the stitching looks clean, and the fit was pretty much what I expected.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the price feels a bit high, and one item was slightly snug on me, though that might be on me for guessing my size instead of checking properly. Overall, I’m still happy with it...

I got my order from Alp N Rock the packaging was a letdown. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit more premium, but the box was dented and the tissue paper was all messy, like it had just been tossed together.
I know it’s just packaging, but when you’re spending that much, it definitely affects the whole experience. Has anyone else had the same issue with their order arriving this way?

I ordered a sweater from Alpnrock i’m happy with it. The fabric feels soft, the fit is good, and it actually looks like the photos online, which is apparently an achievement these days.

It’s definitely not what I’d call a deal, but I guess the quality helps soften the blow a bit. Shipping was fine too. I took off a star because some of their prices still feel a little too confident, even if the sweater itself is really nice.

I ordered from Alp N Rock and the whole delivery process was frustrating. I was expecting it to show up in maybe a week or so, but it dragged on for what felt like 2 or 3 times longer. The tracking updates were barely helpful, and I kept having to check on it myself instead of getting clear info. when you’re spending that kind of money, you just want your stuff to arrive without chasing it down. I probably wouldn’t order from them again

I wanted to love my alpnrock sweater because the style is really cute and very much my taste. But I’m particular about quality, especially at this price point, and it just didn’t hold up the way I expected. After only a few wears and one careful wash, I noticed pilling and some of the seams started looking a little loose. It still looks nice, but it feels too delicate for regular wear. For me, it didn’t quite meet the standard I’d expect for the cost

I’ll say this first: the alpnrock site does look really nice. The layout is clean, the photos are pretty, and at first I was like, okay, this should be easy enough to browse, right??
But once I started looking for specific stuff, it got a little annoying. The filters didn’t feel super useful, and I ended up clicking around way more than I expected. A few pages were also kind of slow to load for me, which made the whole thing feel less smooth than it should’ve been.
Checkout was fine and I didn’t run into any major issues there, so that was good. Overall, though, I’d say the site is just okay?? Not terrible at all, but it could definitely be easier to use for online shopping.

I just tried this on recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, and the fabric was the first thing I noticed. It felt scratchy against my skin and way cheaper than I expected for the price. Maybe I’m judging it extra hard because I just dealt with it, but I really don’t think it was worth the money
